All Skyler talked about the entire month of February, was if Lyndsey was going to ask him to the banquet. They are just friends (as he claims) but I know he wanted her to ask him. He was then the envy of all the other boys in the 7th grade; those that went and those that didn't. She is just as sweet as Skyler is.
We are definitely in the South y'all. They spared no expense for the cheer banquet. Boys in Tuxedos and girls in formals!
After about two hours of photos, the parents were asked to leave and the kids had a formal dinner at the country club, where Lyndsey was given the "best all around cheerleader award". The after party was at Ellie Kate's house, where the kids danced to that wii game, played games and sang karaoke. Then Mom schooled Sky at ping pong in front of all his friends . . . whoops!
Skyler had a great night, and went to bed with a huge smile on his face that evening.
